Wonder Curl Butter Than Love Hair Whipped 1st Impression

Hello all! I recently purchased some of the wonder curl butter than love hair whip to try for my twistouts. I have currently been using this product for the past 3 and a half to 4 weeks (about 2-3 twistouts) so Im ready to share a first impression with you.



PRODUCT TEXTURE, COLOR, INGREDIENTS AND SMELL

This product is white, with little to no smell. The smell almost reminds me of lotion lol. So if you are looking for a more fruity smelling or just a product with some sort of nice scent then this is not the product for you. It doesnt have an unbearable scent at all so Im fine with that. My main reason for purchasing was to hydrate my tresses and be able to lock in moisture. This product comes in a 8 ounce jar and  is enriched with moisture.

The texture of this product is thick and you can feel the oils as you rub it between your hands or fingers. It almost reminds me of the curl enhancing smoothie by shea moisture, just a little bit, but this product is somewhat thicker.

PROS AND CONS

I love that my hair feels softer and that it does in fact feel moisturized. This product does not make my hair feel heavy or sticky and greasy so that is a plus. It also gave my curls great definition!


What I dont like about this product is it feel as it was not whipped throughly. When I rub the product together Im getting some clumps of product that actually looks like hard dried up lotion :-( see photo below

 I hate that while im applying this product that I have to check my hands for dried up pieces and pick them out before applying to my strands. Other than that this product gets a 4 out of 5 for me and Ill continue to use it for twistouts or to seal moisture and remoisturize my hair. I would definitely repurchase this product as it was only 11.00 for a 8 oz which isnt too pricey and I have also got amazing results using it!
